The quickest way to get assistance is to simply to Open a Support Ticket or email [email protected] from the email address we have on record. This will automatically create a support ticket on your account and assign it to a Support Specialist who will get right back to you.

  Service related questions?

If you have a question regarding your HostHallam services, you should post it over at the Forums.
This will give both HostHallam Support staff and the HostHallam community the opportunity to assist you, while keeping a record of the solution for future clients.
